SHIPPING

1.1. All orders are processed pending availability and credit card verification. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 4pm will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 5pm and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. Our sales manager will contact you if the merchandise you have ordered is out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.

1.2. Most items ordered are processed within three business days. In case of unpredictable technical problems, we will inform you about the delivery delay by email.

1.3. We deliver worldwide from Ukraine by Nova Poshta Global (UPS) which takes 12-14 working days.  We deliver within Ukraine by Nova Poshta which takes 1-3 working days.  The delivery dates may be subject to change depending on the war situation in Ukraine. 

1.4 All international orders will be shipped with a delivery charge. The delivery charge will be calculated at checkout.

1.5. You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; Hitcher+me has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

1.6. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from hitcher+me you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

1.7. If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our Ukraine address. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

2.1. Returns and exchanges are accepted on most merchandise within 14 days of receipt, for items that haven’t been worn, altered or washed, without make-up marks and with all tags attached.

2.2. Please note the return and refund are not allowed for the items on sale and underwear.

2.3. The items return is a subject upon the mutual agreement of Hitcher+me and Purchaser.  If you decided to return the item, please contact our Customer Service via mail hitcherandme@gmail.com  and kindly mention the reason. All the returns made on the territory of Ukraine are non-chargeable, the other ones will be processed with 50-euro charge.

2.4. You will be provided with the documents and return instructions within 3-4 days after sending your request via email.

2.5. All the extra cost related to the return sent without Customer Service approval will be deducted from your refund. Kindly note the shipping charges are non-refundable.

2.6. When will I get a refund on my credit card?

Once merchandise has been received, your refund will be processed within 30 working days. You will be provided with email notification once your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take a few working days for your banking institution to post the refund to your bank statement.

 2.7. Damaged or Defective Goods

At Hitcher+me we are committed to selling only high-quality goods. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email at hitcherandme@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order to be eligible for a return and refund.
